Library providing digital microfilm scanners

HANNIBAL  —  The Hannibal Free Public Library is now providing digital microfilm scanners. Purchased with a Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services grant, administered by the Missouri State Library, and local funding, this equipment can be used to read, print and scan microfilm of Hannibal newspapers from 1838 to the present day.
